From 1975 to 1988, Mr. Koloshuk made his mark at ScotiaMcLeod, Inc., where he served as Vice-President and Director. His specialization in corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, and merchant banking during this period contributed to some of Canada's largest acquisitions and restructurings, showcasing his prowess in the financial sector. In 1988, Victor Koloshuk embarked on an entrepreneurial path, co-founding Koloshuk Farrugia Corp.
